Introductory Classes (Includes sample bottle of massage oil)

Cost: $30 + GST

Introduction to Shantala Massage for babies, followed by a relaxation bath & discussion of oils.

3-Hour Postnatal Workshop (two -1.5 hour classes, includes massage oil)

Cost: $45 + GST

Shantala Massage for babies, followed by a relaxation bath, discussion of a variety of topics including some self-massage/relaxation techniques.

Full Parent Course (Four - 2 hour classes, includes manual & massage oil)

Cost: $145 + GST

This full course consists of the baby yoga exercises & full massage technique shown over the course of 4 weeks so that you will have time to learn and practice; slowly building on what you know each week. The babies will also have a relaxation bath after each massage time. We cover a variety of topics, lots of informative hand outs, self relaxation techniques and time for us to get to know each other!

Private Instruction (Two - 2 hour classes, includes manual & massage oil)

Cost: $90 + GST

Shantala Massage for babies, the same basic format as the 3 hour workshop - only tailored to you and your baby's specific needs. You will receive individual, undivided attention. You will have a chance to practice what you have learned in the first session & we will build on that in the second session. Time & day to be arranged at your convenience.

Instruction Manuals are available for $19.95. Receive ten per cent off when you have taken a class.

Have a Baby Massage Party! Gather some friends & babies together! (maximum of 5 babies) Hostess will receive a 15 per cent discount on her registration fee. You choose the type of class you would like: Intro, Workshop or 4-Week Course.
